小	小霸王暴力机 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst resort I had never been, trust me every penny you spend will not worth it, and you will leave with full of regret. Sanitary condition is horrible, full of flies once we get into our room, and they tell us this is because of previous customer didn’t close the door in time. Does it means I have to blame them instead of hotel? Don’t you think this is your own responsibility to clean up room whatever it happened before? So funny they keep finding excuse instead of doing their job, all facilities are obsolete, even out of service, basically whatever they showed on their website is not reliable, very disappointed. And this is our lake view, you can tell from the grass, looks like nobody is really care about their landscape. More like one time business.

Before we were heading to this resort, our expectation and thought it was a beautiful hotel, rooms should be nice and clean and food must be good. We were wrong. It was a horrible, customer service was terrible, the interior of this hotel was old and dark. Shower head littery broken no water coming out. We were so disappointed and never come back again.

But everything went extremely good, the location is perfect, premises are very nice, with great restaurant area and private lakefront. The staff was extremely friendly, they made my stay really comfortable and are the most caring, compassionate staff I've ever seen. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Andy was really helpful and helped us arrange barbecue and went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. Staff just treated us like own family. Thank you Peter for cooking noddles for us . We had a great evening here, which obviously also added up to the experience.

I think, because of Corona virus, it was affected a little bit, so there was no cup or glass saucer in the room, no spoons, only 3 or 4 plastic cups, and there was a refrigerator also, the swimming pool was not open and the breakfast system was not an open buffet, but it is a meal to choose from, however their services are considered good. Also they give us access to the beach whic is amazing and beautiful relaxing place
R	Richard Lie Cai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an old hotel. Front desk, Jack, is very nice and helpful. Back of the hotel is a good fishing spot. The room is old. TV in our room is not working. Shower water is very little. When I played phone on bed, bugs walked right infront my eyes. The restaurant manu is short and is the same for both lunch and dinner. Choices are very limited. Even they claim breakfast is buffet but was provided as set. Not recommend to stay unless your kids like fishing.
V	Vladimir Yevdokimov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place appears to slowly decaying. Rooms are smelly and rather filthy, far from matching their prices. Beds were clean though. Bathrooms look extremely outdated and in desperate need of basic renovation. Kitchen equipment in the room was all disabled including sink. Cooktop was welded off. The only working things were miniature microwave and portable fridge. Cupboards were completely empty. No plates, glasses nor utensils. The only entertainment is small private beach with knee deep water for over 100 meters into the lake which is fan and safe for a very little kids and backyard from each room facing canal where you can sit and watch passing boats. It's fun but not for too long. The only bright spot there was a restaurant with descent Chinese cuisine. Choice was limited but tasted good.

For a few years before that, the place was dirty and broken down. Pictures they show you on the website are from 10 years ago. The indoor swimming pool had been closed for at least 5 years due to it's rundown condition.

Stayed at the hotel last night and it was nicely updated but renovations are still ongoing (pool not open yet). Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The people are amazing, so friendly and really wanting our stay to be good. Had breakfast at the restaurant which was also good. Will definitely bring the family back this summer as there are a few activities for the kids and just to enjoy more of this beautiful location and service.
