★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Any time we have gone there, they are on lunch, closing early with no announcement, or have no staff - it is virtually USELESS. Opening hours are advertised on 3 different websites with 3 different hours. Absolutely pointless to even try

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a Canadian citizen I was unaware I would have to pay for a doctors visit here. Never in my 8+ years of visiting Ontario from the Yukon was I told my health care card wasn’t valid and I would have to pay out of pocket to see a doctor. Horrible and disgusting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is excellent and helpful. Minus the fact that no one mentioned I was paying a two and a half times premium. My girlfriend asked me to get her some feminine products. I had no idea that I was paying almost 3 times what the same product sells for at Shoppers or other pharmacies.
When I gave my girlfriend the items she pulled out the receipt and was shocked by the price. It's too bad as we would love to shop at smaller businesses but we may not be able to afford to. As new residents to Brechin, we will need to reconsider where we get our drug store products.
Recommendation: Be the type.of business that doesnt hurt the wallet because of what you feel is convenience of clients shopping in small towns or away from larger cities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient walk-in clinic in the area. They don't have a doctor onsite but the nurse is very knowledgeableand thorough. I brought my son with an ear infection,after the nurse's examination, she sent pictures to the doctor and made a video call. Doctor agreed in prescribing antibiotic.Great service and staff.l recommend coming here.

Both the pharmacy and the walk in clinic are pathetic.
Went to the pharmacy to get prescription filled, the owner couldn't be bothered looking up the insurance information. I've NEVER had a problem at other pharmacies. Plus, they have a high dispensing fee
The clinic is a joke, their hours vary and they don't bother keeping their social media or web sites up to date so you drive in and they aren't open.
This, plus their unannounced and unscheduled lunch breaks and the fact they stop taking patients BEFORE they close means lots of wasted trips.
Despite their hours written on a piece of paper on the counter, they actually take patients for only about 3 hours a day!
