★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst haircuts I've ever had, I took my mom as well to get her hair done. From the beginning they looked annoyed, my mom explained her haircut and it needed styling as well, which we were okay with. The girl helping me had no energy and seemed upset. She was done in less than 15 minutes, it was a quick snip snap and bye, I didn't notice anything as she left the hair wet. Finally when they finished with my mom her hair looked terribly done, cuts were uneven, her hair looked messy and they didn't even styled it. When I went to look in the mirror I was so upset as I asked something really simple and still looked so uneven and just worse as I had cut it myself, so sad and disappointing this experience was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't recommend this place. I've had two bad haircuts both done by the same stylist. One was for me, where I asked for a tiny trim on my bangs and ended up with straight-across baby bangs that took months to grow out. The second was for my daughter. We were given the same stylist, and I had a feeling I should walk out, but I thought I'd give her a second chance. I asked her to just trim the ends of my daughter's long hair and keep the same long layers. Simple request. I attended to my son while I left my daughter in the chair. We got home and the sides of her head had been razored or feathered or something -- the little hairs stick straight out from the sides of her head like she has wings and we now have to clip them back and use hairspray. When I was waiting for her cut to be done I noticed another walk-in client came in and specifically asked to wait for the next stylist (not the one working on my daughter). I should have known better. Won't be coming back here just to save the few dollars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took our toddler to get a haircut today and we had a great experience. Well, he was screaming bloody murder but it's a toddler so we didn't really expect anything else.
The Asian lady (sorry, we don't know your name) cut his hair in less than 10 minutes.
She was quick, polite and professional.
Not sure they will like it but we will be back.
