This in turn gave the stylist not enough time to do what I asked for. And she had to rush through my appointment because she had another appointment after mine (which she was very vocal about). She told me she couldn't style my hair because she didn't have time and gave me a $7 discount...

I came in for hair & nails but everything was locked up with a sign saying they decided to close today due to "staffing issues". (July 21, 2018). Not very convenient for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my new favorite place in Cochrane! The service was just Outstanding! My nails were beautiful and perfect! The staff was super friendly, they really understand the real meaning of Excellent Customer Service. They were very accommodating to my needs and the manicurist asked me several times if I was happy with the work she was doing and told me to speak up if there was something I wanted different. I recommend this place 100%. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment!

First time getting my hair done wanted it a silvery gray and after 4 weeks it's still in there I was lucky if I could hold this color 2 days before. Very happy ?
