★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pet valu always has a great staff and great products. I try not to be biased when shopping for doggy goods, but the culture of the store really sets the them apart. This location is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. But again, great franchise all around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stagg are lovely and seem to be knowledgeable. I had to call because my beta fish has been lethargic and not eating. The staff member who answered didn't know much about betas and passed me onto a staff member that did. Always helpful when I'm in store. Lovely for a shop thats known as a "chain".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Showed up to wash our two large dogs as usual. Absolute minimal soap. Asked for more but associates were not able to supply more. Our only option was to buy our own. Problem is provide or not provide, let the customer know. Don't leave it at first come first serve. All about the profit. If the store owner knows there is a problem, he should provide extra bottles at his cost. We should have been told this as soon as we walked in, not when we ask for soap. Not impressed and not going to the cochrane franchise again
