★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They stripped my drain plug. Seen them using multiple different sockets during their attempt to take off my drain plug. My guess is they weren’t using the proper one to begin with. Now I had to take my car to a shop to undo their mistake and it’s coming out of my wallet.
