★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Auto repair shop! They repaired my vehicle in a timely fashion and made it road worthy once again. The service was friendly and prices fair. My actual final bill was lower than the estimate which was a nice surprise. They are in an easy to get to location and can tell they care about the community and it's members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife found their info online and we called to get an estimate for a rear brake service. Very polite over the phone and explained many details. We decided to give them a try. I dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up at 3 pm. Price was exactly what was agreed too. They also provided considerable information in regards to the status of our vehicle noting it did not require any additional work at this time. They confirmed our tires are good for at least another season and a bit. They also reviewed the front brakes noting they did not require service for some time yet to come. I will definitely go back for more service here in the future.

Frank who manages the front office is a wealth of knowledge and always goes that extra mile for the customer. They have never let me down. Kevin is a miracle worker with anything I have brought in. His entire team is professional, knowledgable and friendly. I will remain a loyal customer as loyalty goes both ways and they have always been loyal to me.

Kevin and Frank are knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional. All the staff equally professional, friendly and helpful.
I have had numerous positive experiences at this Auto Repair Shop. They are the only facility I trust my vehicles to. When I leave this facility without my vehicle- I know that it will be returned to me in working order, and in better condition- without feeling like I have been overcharged.
I would happily recommend Big Kev’s Auto to anyone needing a Facility they can have faith in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for an alternator replacement. After getting it switched out a day later goes by and I have more problems related to serpentine belt around the area that was worked on. I also asked for them to take a look at my thermostat and said I needed more parts than just the thermostat for it to be repaired. I took my truck to another mechanic for a second opinion and the parts they said I needed the other mechanic disagreed. Got a bad vibe from this place and wont take a vehicle there again. I wasn't satisfied with the work I got completed. They finished the work in a timely manner, and got my truck in right away is the only positive review I can give.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You know how you take your vehicle to a mechanic for some maintenance and they call you with some random up charge you probably don't need? Big Kev's has never done that to me. They have called to tell me things they find that need addressing, but it's only for actual issues and, if it can wait, they will let you know. I know this because there have been many times that I've taken one of my vehicles in for an oil change or tire rotation and they tell me everything is good and nothing is needed. I have had a couple issues with work in the past, but they always make it right. For example, I took my van in to get the heater fan on the passenger side replaced and when I left, the a/c wasn't working. I immediately went back and they took a look the next day (since it was already late) and they found that the service tech had forgotten to plug something back in. It was a simple fix and an understandable oversight. They also recharged my system for free, which was unexpected. I also had a timing belt that they replaced start to fray and they replaced that again for free too. I really get the feeling they care about customers and would rather you come back over time than try to get you to spend more this one time. That said, they can be quite busy at times so don't be surprised if you can't get in right away. Our vehicles have been running well for their servicing so I think only once I've tried to get in ASAP (for the fraying timing belt) and I think I had to wait a couple days.
