★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop contacted me after I left a one star review after my experience being serviced with them.
My initial complaint was that the mechanic drove my SUV with the emergency brake on even after I told them all that they needed to disengage it before attempting to drive it.
The front desk staff member phoned me and we spoke about my one star experience. They offered a synthetic oil change and filter as well as 50% off the labor on replacing my water pump.
I was impressed with the offer because I would like to be a return customer so long as they follow through with their promise.
That being said I will leave a 4 Star review for now and change it to a 5 Star review when they deliver on their promise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a coolant leak in my car and had my car towed here because of the reviews. It's a good shop. They were understanding when I had issues getting my vehicle towed after our agreed upon appointment time (tow was needed after realizing all my coolant was gone before I was gonna limp over there) and the price i paid was lower than what I had initially expected. Will return if I have any other maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fabulous shop. They are very honest with what needs to be repaired and provide the repairs at a reasonable price. My sons bring their vehicles here as well and have had great experiences as well. Can’t say enough about the honesty. I don’t know anything about vehicles so I am very happy to have a place I can bring my vehicle and know I am not going to get ripped off. Highly recommend this auto repair shop!
