★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both my great grandmothers were here until recently now just one is. The staff is very kind an always help you find your grandparent. Theres lots of activities so there never board. Really good food options. Beutiful little apartment style rooms that can be made there own. A library, pool table, chapel, exercise classes, games, guest entertainment, the high school next door dose activities with then. Theres just all sorts of stuff. Thankyou for giving my grandma a better place to live an looking after her I havent seen her this happy in a while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All staff at The Grand are considerate , kind and welcoming! A smile and a hello are always shared. Meals are delicious using fresh ingredients and prepared by a chef and served as if you were eating in a restaurant . My last visit with my mom, I witnessed a server offering to help one of the residents to cut her roast beef ! I hope when I’m at that vulnerable age that I have that type of caring staff around me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father has been here for years, and the staff is amazing. The place is well taken care of and so are the residents.
They have been very good with covid in setting up a great system, and updating it as the provincal rules change. If yor unsure about covid rules, just call and they answer your questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom is a current resident. Other reviewers have mentioned about the great staff and activities and she would concur. However, not all the food is fresh (frozen vegetables that are overcooked and mushy) and too spicy. Many residents have resorted to cooking some meals in their rooms, which isn't right considering they are paying a good price for their meals already in their monthly fees. My mom also never had a "delicate stomach" but since moving to the village, she now has problems with acid reflux and IBS due to the food. She has told management but her dietary needs don't seem to be taken into consideration. I find this very concerning.
