We were overwhelmed but James helped to ease the stress and tension and we knew we could trust him to handle our requests, which he did in a very professional manner. We never felt pressured. We told him what we would like and he delivered. Due to COVID we elected to have a small, intimate ceremony with just family members at Life Transitions, with plans for a Celebration of LIfe for Ein at a later date. Our thanks to James and his staff for making this experience as stress free as possible at such a difficult time. 5 stars... well done!

I had never gone through this experience before and the Life Transitions’ team helped me plan a service that was simple yet so very honoring to my mom. They were patient with my tears, concerns and many questions. Planning a funeral for my loved one is definitely the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do, so having a compassionate, professional group of people guiding me through the process was a godsend. Not only were they professional and calming, but they also treated us like people. Tom was respected as were our memories and all of our requests. When we met at the office I was so impressed with the way he calmly explained how they would take care of our needs and the reassurance that we had made the right decision. From the follow up calls and emails he kept me informed of everything that needed to be handled .....
