★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Mom was at Meadow Park from February 7th 2017 until she passed, October 16, 2018 from the effects of Alzheimers. I am forever grateful for all they have done for my mother. She was treated with dignity, compassion and, best if all, love. Many of the staff called my mom Tante or Oma (which I loved). She would actually get kisses goodnight. It was so beautiful. My Dad, who was there every day to visit, was also treated very well by everyone. In Mom's last days, she was kept as comfortable as possible and so were we. We were cared for as much as Mom was during that time.
At the end, when mom had passed. They draped a beautiful quilt over her body and when she was to be taken to the funeral home, everyone gathered in an honour guard in the halls as a show of respect. It was so touching.
If you are in need of a nursing home- be it for yourself or a family member- I would recommend Meadow Park to you. It's the people.. Everyone who is there is MEANT to be there. Especially my angels Shae and Kathy... God Bless you.
