★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother is an extremely strong, proud, independent person. Due to some major life changes, she moved to The Victorian over 2 years ago. It took some time for her to accept and settle into this new arrangement. The staff have been patient and kind, offering support to my mother and us, her family. My mom is settled and happy there. Recently, my mom, sister, and I required some extra help with an issue. Jake, the manager, is an extremely competent, compassionate person, and a great advocate for my mom. I must also commend Nicole and Neva for their additional care and assistance. You're a lovely bunch - thanks for keeping your sense of humour!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was nice but they overcharged me for respite care. They quoted the monthly rate and put it in the Rental Agreement but actually charged me the daily rate which was much higher. They explained the difference as the damage deposit. They have a weird rental plan that any rental under three months is charged a daily rate but they don't tell you that. I sued in Small Claims and won and now they are refusing to honour the payment order of over !,300.00. Be very careful when booking respite care or go elsewhere Too bad because the care was good but I don't like being scammed.
