I love the staff, they're all friendly. I love some of the other patrons, we all encourage each other. Biggest con about GoodLife: I have no idea how much I pay. It's not written anywhere. ANYWHERE!

I teach In the field in a post-secondary institution and have my own coaching clients. I want to CONGRATULATE the staff at the Orangeville Square GoodLife. The front desk and cleaning crew led by Maria, Sarah and Chara is unrivalled! The staff is organized, friendly and really helpful during these challenging times. Pre-Covid I was not very impressed with some of the trainers. Using their phones on the gym floor, allowing poor form, not paying attention to detail - but those individuals are no longer there. The Team that is there now are extremely conscientious, consistently professional, friendly, and know their stuff. Spending an hour of my day there is always a highlight.

k	kuldip kumar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went at this location first time to get the memebership but what ever i saw and heard there i am never going back at this place and even going to stop my family and friends to go there. There was a family who was there asking for some kind of help but the staff was behaving so bad with them. I have never seen such kind of behaviour with customers. The lady who was saying she is so called manager she was yelling out so bad. I felt so bad for that family who was not helped. I dont understand why are they even there if they cant help their own customers. When they came out i asked what happened. They cancelled their membership from more than a month but they were still taking payments and now the staff said there is nothing we can do. I just thought same can happen to me so better go at some better place. If that so called manager wanted she could have helped. I guess they were only asking for a camera footage for that day but she denied. She should know what is manager supposed to do if she really is a manager. Please hire more professional people who take their job seriously.

A	Aarohi Brar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great gym. Love their studio classes. The equipment is always clean as are the locker rooms. They also have Sauna and shower rooms and person training available. And it remains open 24 hours most days a week. Definitely check it out.
