There is a broad range of items that I didn’t expect, from unusual decorative items, to beautiful kitchen showcase. Variety of building material too so it’s likes one stop shop. Really enjoyed shopping here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience is not a good one. Ordered a Vanity on February 5th. They said they will call me when it comes in. I called on February 15th to see if they had it yet, but they did not which is okay. Today, March 1st I call and they say they have it. Weird, they are supposed to call me when it arrives, but they didn't. Now I go pick it up and the vanity is missing 2 legs. They are not open in the evening hours either so now I have to wait until tomorrow to solve this issue. Bad experience.

If I felt anyway or just a hint of customer service lacking, I would NOT hesitate to leave a One Star just like that!
I highly recommend Home Hardware at this location in Orangeville.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a nice lawn chair for my parents and the staff was amazing. They were able to track down the chair and put it aside for me because there was no way it would fit in my car. When I returned with my fathers SUV they were quick to help load it but it still wouldn't fit. The manager then helped setup their truck to deliver for a fair price and they dropped it off at my parents house. My Dad mentioned how they communicate well and were friendly when unloading it from the truck.
Thank you! This all worked out for a great 50th anniversary gift
