★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've only been here once before but both time I've come in, the store has been clean with no clutter in and around the isles. There is very little in the way of items out of place due to shoppers changing their minds. Some prices are high but I find most are reasonable. As for stock, the shelves are full except for the popular on sale items but that is to be expected. Ashlyn the cashier was friendly. I would shop here again.

Ordered groceries online (Thursday)for the first time for a 5:30pm(Friday) pick up, FINALLY picked up groceries at 9:45 PM. Drove over and waited another 30 minutes. Was told on the phone by a gentleman twice that they don't really do pick up times, and you can ony pick up once they email you. Why bother offering a " Convenient pick up customized to your schedule" AND charge a pick up fee if they are not able to do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clean and well organized grocery store with friendly staff. I really miss the days of fresh baked donuts rather than the frozen ones they serve now. Those were the days…. ?the family used to get very excited to hit the zehrs bakery first thing in the morning for fresh donuts. But otherwise the store is still great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I actually now shop at Sobeys - much nicer shopping experience, fresher food, actual shelves that are stocked, clean - all the things that Zehrs is not. I had Covid just prior to Christmas and a neighbour bought us some shopping for which we were overcharged for a few items. Went in on Tuesday morning and couldn't have been dealt with in a ruder manner by the 'customer service' woman on the customer service/lottery desk. She should either get training on how to speak to people or not be in this job, which she is clearly not suited to. I would speak to the manager Kevin, but in the past he has shown he is not in the least bit interested in the customer or in how to make any improvements to anything. The management and area management of this store needs to take a good hard look at itself and maybe change up the management team. Please go into Sobeys or Metro in Orangeville and see how their staff are smiling and pleasant, see how clean, modern and bright it is, see how fresh the goods are and how fully stocked the shelves are and decide for yourselves. The only plus to Zehrs is most of the general staff are helpful and pleasant, and it is quiet - but why is it quiet? Because everyone is shopping where the whole experience is much more appealing.

The height of ridiculousness! I used to go to one of the President's Choice grocery stores (Zehrs) to buy individual mushrooms. They *used* to have weigh your own mushrooms. They are now all *prepackaged Organic* mushrooms. So six mushrooms cost $3.00! Fifty cents a mushroom!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The number one reason that I gave this particular Zehrs five stars is completely because of the fantastic friendly courteous stuff they have at this location. I've not truly loved Zehrs stores in other locations but upon going to Orangeville location the staff make it a pleasure.
I do find some great sales at times even surprise sales. The array and variety of products is substantial. The produce is always fresh and nice. The sausages that are store made are delicious. And I always find that their meat is good. If you want a special steak there is the butcher case. Also some of the cakes at the bakery are amazing
