D	D S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shop at this Shoppers Drug Mart once or twice a month. The ladies at the Beauty Boutique have been nice. Never had any trouble. I wish the store carried a small selection of basic, fast moving, "organic"vegetables as well, like tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes. In Toronto, the SDM on Queen Street carries organic vegetables as well. Pleasant and quick experience always. Thanks.

My daughter and I were waiting to pick up a prescription, so we were browsing the beauty boutique, we had been there for less than 2 minutes when a British staff member told us that unless we knew exactly what we wanted she needed us to leave, that they can’t have people lingering. I understand that it’s COVID, but she treated me like I was a shoplifter. I picked up my prescription and left. I’m honestly so upset I’ll likely transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Not sure what happened to good customer service.

I go to other location instead now I don’t feel discriminated there. As a past retail worker I learned that Good customer service/asking if someone actually needs help will prevent potential shop lifters. Not Following actual paying customers just because they look different and telling other staff to watch for shop lifters right behind them. seems a little obvious. If I didn’t need what I was there for I would have put it all back.

I proceeded to the front door and after asking the lady if she wanted to see my receipt. She said yes I said no problem then sheaccused me of trying to steal about 20 max 25 dollars of groceries. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere this place is absolutely disgusting. Never will I spend a dollar nor step foot in this establishment Complete joke

Went over to Shopper's Drug Mart in the Orangeville Mall they helped me without thinking twice. Great Pharmacist and Staff work there and treat you with respect and compassion.
R	Roxanne Guidry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacist on tonight is by far the rudest, both on the phone and in person, after I've waited over 6 hours for my prescription to be filled, she then tells me, after I drive In, that I still have to wait longer!. I have NEVER been spoken to with such udder disrespect by any person in the health care industry in my entire life! This is just unexceptable!
C	Chris Uzun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacy staff are really unprofessional at this location. My grandmother was on the wait list for a COVID booster, but she was never called. When she tried to follow up with the pharmacy, she was told to book an appointment online. When my grandma told them that she is having trouble navigating the website, they refused to help her. She told me that she had given up on getting the vaccine because of this experience. I went on public healths website and booked her in at a different spot, NOT at any Loblaws owned location. Shoppers isn’t the only place in town to get your prescriptions filled - I would recommend going to a locally owned and operated one instead of a chain.

However, the staff here, both in the pharmacy and cosmetic are, were incredible and friendly. Thank you for being so accepting and kind, this will definitely be our go to store from now on!
