★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't follow up after saying they would. My mom has struggled to talk to me when I'm in crisis so I asked if she would take a suicide safeTALK course here. We got it all set and I went into crisis a few weeks before it so we went in to talk and see if their services would be beneficial to me so I could see them for counselling. The staff explained theres a few different courses that my mom could take to talk me down or know what to do. Told her they'd call her back to let her know what times would be available for them. Well had another crisis today and come to find out they never contacted my mom back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t tell anyone enough about how amazing this Centre is! The staff is nothing but understanding, supportive and compassionate. At a time where I needed help they were there in a heartbeat and continue to support me now. Their physical training program has greatly impacted my growth and confidence , allowing me to make huge steps healing.
To anyone who passes through their doors, know that you will do so without judgement and will only be offered comfort ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say enough about the fantastic team at The Edify Centre. They truly care about the people who walk through their door and are eager to help in any way they can. I love that they are an option for youth who are struggling, and the atmosphere of the Centre is cool and inviting, making everyone feel comfortable and at ease. I am especially impressed with the way they combine mental health and physical fitness programs to give their clients a well-rounded approach to overcoming challenges. Sonia, Brian and the team are a welcome asset to Dufferin County.
