Goodies Restaurant

The food was so good and very plentiful! Very busy place. We were on our way home from the Laurentians to Toronto looking for a place to eat. The parking lot was full, so we decided to try it. Very glad we did. It will be our go to place when we go visit family

I am a waitress here have been for 12 years love my job just wanted to say that people that rate the restaurant and say that we should cover up our tattoo’s we are in 2022 and this is pure art so maybe say something about the art on the walls too ? Or the colour of the paint seriously what a joke we are all free to look the way we want this is discrimination! Thank you to all our wonderful customers that pass by and letting me serve you ❤️

Stopped in for a quick bite at lunchtime. Although the restaurant was full (allowing for social distancing of course); we were able to find a table. When the server came to our table, she immediately asked for POV and ID - which impressed me. Even though she was obviously "run off her feet" she took the time to verify vaccination status, AND was so very, very pleasant. I had heard that this place was known in the area for their breakfasts, so I ordered "breakfast" at "lunch time." Just regular 2 eggs over easy, with bacon, home fries and whole wheat toast. My friend also ordered a 1 egg breakfast. It "seemed" like no time at all before we got our meals. My friend asked to have her bacon cooked more than it was - no problem at all. It was returned to her within minutes.........cooked exactly how she like it. I am so used to receiving poor / sub par service and products since covid started; I just avoided dining out & tried to stay away from retailers as much as possible. I also was sick and tired of the endless excuses. However, THIS was so totally pleasant, great service, good tasting food (for a breakfast); no scrimping on serving sizes (lots of bacon!); relaxed meal (no rush to finish); just a really pleasant, fulfilling lunch. Although my friend treated me that day, beforehand I did notice the prices on the menu for some of the meal items - very reasonable and affordable. I could not honestly give 5 stars, as the one extra star would be for flavors / taste and cook methods; obviously not inherent in your basic bacon and eggs. I definitely recommend Goodies, and I look forward to returning to try out one of their other dishes !

Today is my daughter’s birthday and we went to Goodies for a late breakfast. Wow what a beautiful and quite delicious meal. My daughter ordered the eggs Benedict as depicted in the accompanying photo. The sauce is made in house. It also has high quality cheese. Mine was just as delicious and plentiful. My only complaint was the maple syrup. ‘‘Twas smuckers fake maple syrup. It’s all good the rest was awesome and top notch. All Covid-19 protocole is in place and service was extremely good.

They make a really good poutine and the meal portions are generous. Service is always attentive.

Simple but well done food. Their Goodies burger had an interesting range of flavours that worked well together. The staff was friendly and the service was quick and efficient.

Very nice food, quick service, the portions even for the kids meals is Big !!! Their food is tasty and it is worth it !!! Your kids will love it there !!! The waitresses are very nice and friendly and helpful. Went there many times already and will come back again !!!

Had breakfast with my niece yesterday morning (Wednesday Mar 23rd). Our server was excellent. Attentive and fast. The food was good. I had one poached egg (cooked exactly the way I like it), white toast, very good from scratch home fries and some fruit slices. My niece’s breakfast was also good. The coffee was hot and very good. Reasonably priced, clean restaurant. They did not rush us out the door at all.
