Why make an appointment to have a blood test paper, I have been a patient at this clinic since 1993. They have all the information.

Seulement, lors de ma dernière visite en rdv d'urgence en soirée j'ai malheuresement rencontré cette jeune médecin Sarah Leduc-Gaudet qui a fait preuve d'un grand manque de professionnalisme et sourtout d'emphatie! I have been going to this clinic for years, and have always been delighted with the service, the staff being friendly, courteous and efficient. Only, during my last emergency appointment in the evening, I unfortunately met this young doctor Sarah Leduc-Gaudet who showed a great lack of professionalism and especially emphaty!
M	MP on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pour commencer personne ne répond et quand finalement ont réussi a parler a la réceptionniste, elle ne peut même pas donner de rv comme le médecin est « booker » complètement et jusqu’à la fin de leur calendrier! De plus le médecin est indifférent et ne fait aucun suivi! To begin with no one answers and when they finally managed to speak to the receptionist, she can't even give an appointment as the doctor is "booked" completely and until the end of their schedule! In addition, the doctor is indifferent and does not follow up!

The staff needs to answer the phones and not pick up to put on hold to keep the lines busy cause you don't want to answer. Half the time I'm there its the same all the time phone rings no one answers very frustrating. Trying to book an appointment with my doctor but can't cause theses girls never answer.
