★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchasing an aircraft is always something exiting but conversely, it can quickly turn into a quagmire when things start going astray and believe me, it can. To avoid this, our group knew from the start that we needed the support of professionals to guide us trough the buying process. After evaluating some consulting firms, we “landed” our choice on Canadian Aircraft Sales (C&S), Steve Assaly, Pier-Luc Label and their team.
They immediately understood our requirements allowing us to rapidly convene on the type of aircraft we needed for our mission. Our group initially wanted to prospect the US market due to the sheer number of planes available but importing an aircraft to Canada almost always carries its load of surprises - not counting adding cost and time to the process. CAS advised that they were confident in finding a plane in Canada that would meet or exceed our requirements - which they did.
Through their well establish network, C&S uncovered and homed in on two airplanes that were not advertised on the Canadian market and initiated the approach toward the owners.
C&S communicates clearly. As experienced brokers, they know the path leading to a successful purchasing project. They took care of “everything”; communications, proposals, all the back and forth, appraisal, coordinating with the insurance, the paperwork, contract, delivery, trial flight, ferry pilot, receiving the airplane, checking documentation and more…
If you plan in purchasing an aircraft and want a “smooth ride” throughout, Pier-Luc Label and Steve Assaly from C&S will take you under their “wing” and make you a very happy flyer – I recommend them highly

Pierre was absolutely all of these. Selling my 182 was a difficult decision and a major investment. Pierre carefully helped us through the process of locating a buyer, with attention to our needs in a patient and timely manner. We had no doubts that he had our best interests at hand!
