Fred was very professional, and the price was very reasonable for what I got. I will honestly recommend my friends and family all go to Fred whenever they need anything jewellery-related done. He even said he would resize it if the size wasn't right and make small altercations, if need be, free of charge. He said he just wants us to be happy with the ring. ? Now that's what I call customer service! Love love love the ring! Fred did an AMAZING job! HIGHLY recommend, I won't be taking my business anywhere else. You have a customer for life

I am speechless on how fast they were and to top it off it only cost 20 dollars to repair. The staff is friendly and very helpful. 5 stars is an understatement

Repairs are very reasonably priced and often no charge on items purchased from them. Jewellery is awesome, prices are awesome and sales staff are tremendous. Fred never charges us for cleaning and over the years has become very familiar with my taste in rings. He is so helpful when my husband goes shopping for a gift for me. Small premises but a great selection of jewellery and always a very personal shopping experience. Love this place.

I had a concern about the repair prices, but the new store owner Adan, kindly called me and explained each and every price. I do think you will get quality repairs done here, and there are a few interesting pieces for sale.
