They say "same day deposit" and often times, it is not, and sometimes, you go through the banking verification and nothing happens and when you contact them, they reply, the NEXT DAY, and say you need to go through the banking verification. Use mycanadapayday instead, they consistently do same day deposit and funds within 30 minutes.

No one ever gets back to you. It's very poor customer service. I've been trying all day and no one answers. Not happy with their service lately. They use to be really good and fast not sure what's happened....it's unfortunate. I'm still waiting on my application from 11am today.. It's now almost 7pm. Not very fast as they claim to be anymore. Makes me sad

Generally they are good. You apply, get confirmation of application email, log in to sign loan documents then an hour later the etransfer is in the account. The last two times, I have paid early, received confirmation that goday deposited. Then received the "free to reapply" email. I applied the next day and was told that I would have to provide proof that my last payment cleared?! This time? Emailed twice, no response at all. Called twice, left a message after being on hold for 15 minutes. Still no response. Probably won't be either. It was good. Now their service department is slacking and I still do not understand why I have to provide proof that the last payment cleared?! I got the confirmation email saying you (goday!) deposited it!!! I await your nonexistent support services. Thanks for no Christmas guys!

I was dealing with a very difficult situation in life and goday was one of my only options available. I have had the absolute pleasure of working with a gentleman by the name of David. He was kind empathetic, understanding, and very helpful over the phone with me. I would recommend goda strongly to my friend and family and everybody in between period. It helped me out beyond words and they've always been behind me so long as I've made my payments that I promised there has never been no issue with this company whatsoever . David, I really appreciate the great work that you put in and I think in all honesty you deserve a raise. I hope you have the opportunity to be placed in a teaching role as the way you handle yourself and the way you handle your clients goes above and beyond what the typical Status quo of today's recent society displays of "service". Kudos to you David and kudos to working with such a great Company. Thank you for everything Big G.

Where do I begin? So with GoDay, they make their business by allowing clients to apply for a loan online without having to go outside, which is great especially during the pandemic. Sheesh I was wrong. I’ve only borrowed from them three times, the most recent two were so terrible. The second loan, they dated it for the wrong pay week. When I reached out to them, they adjusted it to the right week but for the wrong day. For the 3rd one, that’s what put me on the tipping point and now in the process of making a complaint. I ordered it at 5 pm on a Monday back in December, IT DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL TUESDAY LATE NIGHT. By then I no longer needed but figured eh I could use it for Christmas shopping. I then got an email saying that my loan payment due date was for the same week. The loan funds, I didn’t get it until Tuesday and now they wanted it barely 4 days later? Wow, just wow. I send it back on the Tuesday evening/Wednesday morning, well within my cancellation period. Want to guess what they did? They sent me an email in Jan that I owed them for the loan fee EVEN THOUGH I CANCELLED MY LOAN WITHIN THE LEGALLY ALLOWED CANCELLATION PERIOD. I sent them an email saying I am not paying for it, I cancelled the loan properly. But did they reply to my emails and confirm? Nope. Or else I wouldn’t be writing this review. They now have the audacity to say I owe them more money, for the loan fee and for the nsf fee. Good thing I put a stop payment!! No one communicated to confirm that they got my email or emailed me when I sent them the $100. After lecturing them through email and a phone call, they’re β€œgoing to look into it.” I did not get a response at all in Dec but like most terrible companies, when they want their money, they don’t communicate properly. TLDR: if you have 2 hrs to 2 days to kill before receiving your money, looking to pay it back in less than one week and/or on the wrong pay cycle, and looking to deal with terrible communication, this is the loan company for it. If I could, I would give it zero stars but how else can I leave an honest review. Go with iCash or Pay2Day for online loan services. Better service, less stress.

I’ve had the best experience with GoDay every time. They are helpful, friendly and very efficient. I’ve never had a problem with getting a re-loan. They do all the work for you. They have never made any payment date mistakes and the funds have always arrived within hours after applying. I would definitely recommend using GoDay for their several different loan features

Ive used this service many times and never had an issue until now. I canceled my last loan and was supposed to receive a refund for my financing fee which was never received. After a few phone calls, the agents confirmed that the loan was successfully canceled and the funds would be returned within 1-2hrs. After numerous emails of inquiring, still no reply or funds back to me. Customer retention obviously just disappeared and wont be using your service again if you are going to fraud your customers. UPDATE: Since this post, funds were returned. Just wish for better communication

GoDay use to be a good company that valued customer service and treated loyal customers respectfully, but in recent months their level of customer service has deteriorated. They do not update request status’ for loans, do not respond to emails, can not update their system to accurately record payments, and do not answer their phone. Even if you payout a loan early you will not receive priority status for a re loan which can take 2-4 days to complete. If you are looking for fast, friendly, efficient same day service and funds, look elsewhere!!
