★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve never had burgers priest so maybe my bar was set too high. Got a regular cheeseburger with all the toppings except the vegan sauce. I’ve never had a burger so tasteless in my life. Like .. I’m not trying to hate but what the hell. I could taste salt so I know that’s not the problem. Literally only other thing I could taste was the mustard. One tiny piece of lettuce with no crunch and the pickles were barely noticeable. I’ll take Harvey’s or Wendy’s any day for half the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a lovely location. I was served by Shay, who gave me an excellent recommendation for a burger I didn’t know I was craving. Boy did that burger perform wonders.
Would recommend to anyone who hasn’t had BP that they have their first at this location - 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite disappointed with the service since it was a weekday but it took me 10’ to get my food. Though there were 3 cooks in the kitchen as I remembered.
The burger is a bit smaller than I expected. I got buffalo chicken with blue cheese. I couldn’t taste the chicken cause the sauce is too sour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never purchased anything before, so maybe everyone makes this error. I ordered based off their menu using the photos, thinking it would resemble what they sell. In my case, the 2 patty California Classic looked great, but, turns out, it's a single patty unless you specify that you want 2 patties. Why would anyone make a special request to get what's on the photo? Anyway, after wasting time returning to get the right burger, I found out I was wrong. When ordering something here, even if there is a photo, you should confirm that it comes with a top bun, condiments, a middle section, and a lower bun. Don't make my mistake. I will do better the next time I purchase something. The half--burger i should have known I was purchasing went in the garbage outside their store. The stakeholders can find it there to sustain themselves when the company ends up there too LOL

I really enjoy it and definitely going there again and again ,,, the staff are super nice too and also very good price ,,,, I wonder how people complained on their reviews... oh maybe they're McDonald's fan ? almost paying as much as here and eat super junk
