Given this place a number of chances but today will be my last visit. Staff are so incredibly rude. I also paid $13 for two bagels with cream cheese and the bagels were pretty much naked, there was barely any cream cheese on either bagel. Won’t be going back, Bagel House is better.

$8.18 for a bagel and Diet Coke? Inflation apparently hit bagels HARD. If you’re going to charge that much, then it better be delicious. My everything bagel was not very flavourful and the cream cheese was spread thinly.

10/10 gluten free bagels. These bagels are DELICIOUS. I was recently diagnosed with a gluten intolerance, and have been pretty miserable not being able to have a bagel when the mood strikes. The gluten free sesame seed bagels are so good. I wouldn't have even been able to tell they were GF had I not ordered them myself.

The bagels are pretty good quality and have a decent flavour, but the place is always filthy and the staff seems like they're high all the time. They're all dead behind the eyes, is bagel time lobotomizing all their employees? The way they take orders is so weird. One person takes your order, doesn't cash you out, then the same person has you walk over to the side to tell them what you want on your bagel, then we both walk back to the register to cash out. It's so awkward and if your planning to have lunch with a friend you both have to do this each time you order. Walk back and forth 2 times and it takes about 20 minutes until you can both sit down and eat together. Honestly it's pretty hilarious. I'd be mad if the staff wasn't clearly perma-fried. Here's an idea, have one person take the orders and cash people out, then another person makes the sandwiches. Also very over priced! If their employees woke up a bit and they lowered their prices I would love this place.

Unfortunately, these bagels did not live up to my expectations. While ordering, i saw that there were at least 4 bags of the packaged to go bagels that had mold on them. Not just a few spots, but significant mold that they had been there at least a few days. The bagels are kept in wood like cubes, are the cubes ever washed? I came here because they have gluten free bagels. It was stale, and tasted like mildly burnt cardboard. The breakfast bagel had some microwave egg substance on it. The cheese covered up some of the taste. I gave two stars because the employee was friendly, changed his gloves and told me about the contamination possible with the toasters. I'm only gluten sensitive or i wouldn't risk it, because the gf bagels were kept in the same area as all the others with no cover or casing. I was really hungry, and it did solve that but i needed a lot of water to wash it down. I am very unlikely to be back.

Pretty good bagel! I got the smoked turkey sandwich on garlic and it was really good but my boyfriend got the dill cream cheese with smoked salmon and capers and it was amazing! Wish I had gotten that one. Maybe a bit higher price than your average bagel place but worth it and very tasty. Will definitely be going back again. Me everything bagel looked really good and the smell of the place is amazing from all of the seeds in the wood fire oven I guess

Lovely simple, little bakery with delicious Montreal style bagles in a variety of flavours. The onion bagels have beautiful caramelized onions throughout that give them a fantastic sweet and savory taste, perfect for making sandwiches with at home! They also have gluten free bagels that are pillowy, chewy, and delicious! Great option for friends and family that are avoiding gluten but don't want to miss out on bakery quality bagels!

On Boxing Day, this Bagel Time was the only bagel shop open within a half hour walk of the downtown core. We bundled up and made the trek over to the Danforth, our mouths watering with anticipation. Unfortunately the bagels did not live up to our expectations. The β€œeverything” in the bagels we ordered seemed to consist of sesame and poppy seeds only, and the texture was too chewy. Most importantly, the taste was just OK, and they lacked salt. I’ve had fresh bagels from restaurants with similar menus and wood oven, that have exploded in my mouth with fresh-baked flavour. None of that here.
