B	B.A. Webster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a tenant but a property owner and this company is honestly a joke. We had people physically breaking into our building and were unable to get them to even rekey or change the codes on the building to prevent the criminals from entering the building again. HUGE safety concern and they didn't care AT ALL. I am SO glad we switched from this company. They weren't even worth my time let alone the money we had to pay them. Garbage all the way through.

Although I don't normally waste my time leaving reviews, I feel like this time it's warranted & literally created an email to leave this review. To begin with, we've had an elevator in my building that's been out of service for 3 weeks now yet the property management group continues to rent out the working elevator. Not only is this an inconvenience but they don't send out memos or post signs to indicate that this is the case which, in my opinion, seems like common courtesy to avoid situations where tenants are standing there waiting for the elevator to come with no idea that it's actually unavailable. I've also had my car broken into while living in the building & when I inquired to see if there was footage of the incident, I received a response (after a couple of attempts to contact them) stating that they would look into the matter & then received no follow up until I once again reached out to them. Every time I've had to interact with them their customer service skills have been abysmal & they've been nothing but unreliable/unprofessional. if I could give them 0 stars instead of 1 star I would as I feel like 1 star is being generous. I would highly encourage any building that's considering their services run in the opposite direction.

Water has been shut off for hours now without any notices or responses from them. They are unable to sort out the most basic issues in a timely manner. I have been trying to get my intercom sorted for 7 weeks now and nothing has been done yet. It is impossible to get an answer from them as they ghost most phone calls and emails.
J	Jerad Thon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very hard to get a hold of anybody at this company especially my contact Ming you can leave her multiple messages and they will not call you back it is very frustrating dealing with this company as they do not care whatsoever about the tenants or any of their issues I’m thinking of joining the condo board just so I can get our company switched from go smart to anyone else.

I have resorted to calling the police to make the noise stop as GO SMART only gives me lip service and has done absolutely nothing!! No rights as an owner at all!! Avoid this using this company at all costs!!

Nothing gets accomplished and over half the time you don't even get a response. They don't send out proper communication to residents for things involving the building such as smoke detector inspection and gravel sweeping resulting in the residents being charged. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Pictures added show our property on the third day after a major snow event where GO SMART again has taken no action to provide clients with a well managed property. Original: Our monthly payments go through but GOSMART does not take action when required or respond to requests in a timely fashion. No management contact info is being provided as requested (multiple times) to have our concerns addressed within their company. Do not recommend GOSMART for property management REPLY EDIT Our board has still been waiting for an email response (72h approx) from prior to the original review being posted which is not unusual at all. When dealing with multiple snow events and freeze thaw cycles in Calgary you may see how this is an issue when properties aren't managed correctly. Responses are slow and planning with the board is done poorly by GO SMART. Edit again No response from anyone for weeks until we found out they let our manager go. The same auto reply to reviews with no action and people updating their reviews is a bad sign as well
R	Rose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I owned 2 business units in downtown managed by GO SMART Property Managers. the units ceiling and dry wall was damaged by the flood from the up level back in June 2021. As a owner I have been calling and emailing the management to get repaired and no respond for almost 5 months.
