★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai été obligée d'appeler à plusieurs reprises pour obtenir mon rv mensuel. A chaque fois on me dit de rappeler une semaine plus tard, car aucun horaire encore sortit. La cinquième fois j'ai encore appelé et on m'a répondu qu'il n'y avait plus de place???? Le seul moment qu'ils pouvaient me donner pour rencontrer mon médecin de famille était au sans rv???? Jamais avant je n'étais obligée de courir après un rv avec mon médecin, dès que je quittais son bureau, il y avait déjà un moment de réservé dans le système informatique. Très décevant....
I had to call several times to get my monthly appointment. Each time I am told to call back a week later, because no schedule has yet come out. The fifth time I called again and was told that there was no more room ???? The only time they could give me to meet my family doctor was without an appointment ???? Never before had I been forced to run after an appointment with my doctor, as soon as I left his office, there was already a reserved moment in the computer system. Very disappointing....
