★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai été super bien accueillie, le personnel est chaleureux et on m'a renseigné de A à Z sur mes possibilités pour que je puisse prendre la meilleure décision finale. Je recommanderais aux autres personne d'y aller! La seule chose qu'il pourrait y avoir à amélioration serait que l'établissement prenne en charge les assurances des personnes pour qu'elle n'aient pas à s'en occuper elles-mêmes.
I was made to feel very welcome, the staff were friendly and I was informed from A to Z about my possibilities so that I could make the best final decision. I would recommend other people to go! The only thing that could be improved would be that the establishment takes care of the insurances of the people so that they do not have to take care of it themselves.

J’ai choisi cette clinique pour la qualité du chirurgien et leur service d’urgence 24h/7 jours. L’extraction de mes dents de sagesse s’est bien passée, mais malheureusement, j’ai fait une alvéolite et j’ai du appeler le service d’urgence un soir vers 7h pm. Mon visage enflait et la douleur augmentait d’heure en heure. J’ai appelé trois fois et laissé des messages à chaque fois puisque personne ne répond directement. On ne m’a rappelé que le lendemain matin vers 6h30 am. La répondante aux urgences m’a proposé d’appeler pour moi à la clinique qui ouvrait à 8h pour qu’on me planifie un RDV rapidement, mais j’avais déjà fait cette démarche. Il faut savoir que pour soulager une alvéolite ca prend environ 10 min. Finalement, la clinique m’a rappelée pour me proposer un RDV à 11h30 même en sachant que j’avais mes douleurs depuis la veille. On est loin d’un service d’urgence….une chance que ce n’était pas une fin de semaine.
La chirurgienne qui m’a reçu entre deux clients m’avise ; ‘’ ca va piquer un peu’’ et enfonce une mèche dans la cavité de ma gencive sans s’arrêter. J’aurais aimé qu’elle m’annonce que ca allait faire mal et qu’elle prenne des temps d’arrêt quand je grognais et pleurais de douleur, mais elle devait être pressé de retourner à son patient. Pour couronner le tout, elle s’est trompée dans ma prescription d’antibiotique. Le tout a été corrigé au suivi deux jours plus tard, journées précieuses que j’ai perdues qui m’auraient aidé à guérir.
Voilà le service d’urgence 24h/7 jours, que j’ai reçu!
An emergency service you say?
I chose this clinic for the quality of the surgeon and their 24/7 emergency service. The extraction of my wisdom teeth went well, but unfortunately I had a dry socket and had to call the emergency department one evening around 7 pm. My face was swelling and the pain was increasing hour by hour. I called three times and left messages each time since no one is answering directly. I was not called back until the next morning around 6:30 am. The emergency responder offered to call for me at the clinic, which opened at 8 am to schedule an appointment quickly, but I had already done this. You should know that to relieve a dry socket it takes about 10 min. Finally, the clinic called me back to offer me an appointment at 11:30 am, even knowing that I had my pain since the day before. We're a long way from an emergency department .... lucky it wasn't a weekend.
The surgeon who saw me between two clients advises me; “It’s going to sting a bit,” and pushes a wick into my gum cavity without stopping. I would have liked her to tell me that it was going to hurt and take time out when I groaned and cried in pain, but she had to be in a hurry to get back to her patient. To top it off, she messed up my antibiotic prescription. It was corrected at follow-up two days later, precious days I wasted that would have helped me heal.
This is the 24/7 emergency service I received!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très belle approche au niveau des client anxieux (ce qui était mon cas). Très éthique et à l'écoute des demandes du patient. Traitements sans douleurs et guérison sans douleur également. Personel emphatique envers leur clientel. Très apprécié, ce fut pour moi une belle expérience de dessensibilisation au niveau du dentiste. J'y retournerais n'importe quand pour n'importe quel traitements.
Very nice approach to anxious customers (which was my case). Very ethical and attentive to patient requests. Pain-free treatments and pain-free healing as well. Emphatic personal towards their clientele. Very appreciated, it was for me a beautiful experience of desensitization at the dentist level. I would go back anytime for any treatments.

Merci au Dr Robert Paquin pour son travail de précision, mais aussi à tous les membres de l'équipe pour leur professionnalisme. Des souriantes réceptionnistes, aux rassurants infirmiers, je peux affirmer que 100% des gens que j'ai eu l'occasion de croiser à la clinique ont su m'épater par leur service impeccable, sympathique et rassurant.
Although the extraction of wisdom teeth is not the most pleasant experience in itself, the Maxillo Quebec (Lévis) team was able to take in my surprisingly pleasant experience. Thanks to Dr Robert Paquin for his precision work, but also to all the team members for their professionalism. From the smiling receptionists, to the reassuring nurses, I can say that 100% of the people I had the opportunity to meet at the clinic knew how to impress me with their impeccable, friendly and reassuring service.
