Courteous secretaries and Dr. Claude Tremblay is always emphatic and competent at each of our visits. To make an appointment, it is true that you have to wait on the phone, but you always get an answer.

â â â â â 2 jours complets Ă essayer de parler Ă qui que ce soit dans cette clinique, ligne engagĂ©e, ligne morte, on nous coupe s'il y a plus de 15 minutes d'attente, pas de tonalitĂ©, je crois sĂ©rieusement que c'est exprĂšs que le systĂšme tĂ©lĂ©phonique est dĂ©ficient. Pire clinique de QuĂ©bec, et quand on a la chance d'avoir un mĂ©decin de famille mais qu'il se trouve Ă la Clinique des pont, on est vraiment pris en otage. Il n'y a mĂȘme pas moyen d'envoyer un courriel, sĂ©rieusement Ă Ă©viter Ă tout prix.
2 full days trying to talk to anyone in this clinic, engaged line, dead line, we cut if there is more than 15 minutes of waiting, no tone, I seriously believe that it is on purpose that the telephone system is deficient. Worst Clinic of Quebec, and when we have the chance to have a family doctor but is at the bridge clinic, we are really caught hostage. There is not even a way to send an email, seriously to avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately this clinic is no longer what it was.... practically impossible to take one without an appointment... the system always has problems. Incredible wait when making an appointment with her family doctor. Nothing works. Disappointing...
