★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Après 6 ans comme patient. J'ai dû annuler deux rendez-vous parce que j'était à l'urgence.
Ils ont annulé tout mes prochains rendez-vous puisque je ne pouvais pas être sûr d'être présent.
Ils ont ensuite dit que c'était pour des raisons médicales qu'ils avaient annulé mes rendez-vous. Sans avoir vu mon dossier médical et contre l'avis de l'urgentologue, du cardiologue et de mon médecin de famille qui me conseille de continuer de faire la physio.
J'ai demandé une copie complète de mon dossier et il manque des documents.
Je déconseille au gens d'aller là.
After 6 years as a patient. I had to cancel two appointments because I was in the emergency room.
They canceled all my future appointments since I couldn't be sure to be present.
They then said it was for medical reasons that they canceled my appointments. Without having seen my medical file and against the advice of the emergency doctor, the cardiologist and my family doctor who advises me to continue doing physio.
I requested a complete copy of my file and some documents are missing.
I advise people not to go there.
