Par contre, pour ce qui est de la consultation avec le médecin, je n’ai pas reçu de diagnostique par rapport à mes douleurs atroces dans le bas du dos. Le médecin n’a pas réussi à déterminer le problème qui me causait mes douleurs, et il a fini la séance en me donnant des conseils de posture. Si j’ai des douleurs aussi atroces c’est que j’ai un problème quelque part qui nécessite une thérapie. J’ai quitté la séance de consultation très déçue et je suis toujours souffrante de mes douleurs. Je m’attendais vraiment à beaucoup mieux que ça. Au final, j’aurai pu dépenser les frais de cette consultation chez un chiropracteur et ça aurait été plus efficace et soulageant.

Very efficient and professional customer service.
However, when it came to the consultation with the doctor, I was not diagnosed with my excruciating lower back pain. The doctor was unable to determine which problem was causing my pain, and he ended the session giving me posture advice. If I have such excruciating pain, it's because I have a problem somewhere that needs therapy. I left the consultation very disappointed and am still in pain. I really expected a lot better than that. In the end, I could have spent the costs of this consultation with a chiropractor and it would have been more effective and relieving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai apprécié la qualité des soins offerts lors de ma première rencontre. Malheureusement avec les exercices que l'on m'a demandé d'effectuer, j'ai dû rappelé quelques jours après ce premier rendez-vous, car mon état se détériorait . On ne m'a jamais rappelé.
I appreciated the quality of care offered during my first meeting. Unfortunately with the exercises that I was asked to perform, I had to call back a few days after this first appointment, as my condition was deteriorating. I was never called back.
