Then we went in person to pay and confronted her on various e trsf we tried that were not accepted. She could not provide a proper response. How about you treat customers with respect before shooting off your mouth. Mr Sawatzky you should be concerned about the level of professionalism of your staff in particular Jenna.

We explained that we were leaving for Arizona on Dec 11th. We never heard back from him. I called the office on Monday Dec 6th and no one called me back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called GLT this morning with the problem of a pilot light not lighting in an older 60 gal water tank. Received excellent, professional service from Christian, the Heating/Cooling tech. Very personal and professional with good knowledge and suggestions as to how to maintain until a new tank is needed. Since we have two 60 gal tanks that will need to be replaced in the not too distant future, we will feel very comfortable having this work done through GLT.
