★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No showed on original agreed upon date. After calling them I was told I was mistaken and the appointment was the next day. No showed again the next day with no call.
I can post the transcript of our original conversation if you would like. Where you had trouble with your new computer system to actually enter in the appointment. Where we talked about the employee possibly coming to take a look at the job on Monday afternoon before starting the job fist thing Tuesday morning.
If you didn't like my tone when I called then you should have been honest tand not told me you would be coming the next day. I wouldn't have taken time off work, and wasted another day.
It's your business, you run it however you want but at least be honest and don't waste people's time. Every one is busy right now, stuff happens jobs run overtime, scheduled get messed up but being less then honest and wasting people's time is a poor practice.
