We are committed to providing premier comfort at affordable prices.
Back in 1974 Geordie Brown started small in Steinbach. A few months later his son Garry joined the business. Today the company is owned and operated by the 3rd generation, Chad Brown. We have built our name on customer satisfaction.
We have two convenient locations to serve you better. Our primary location is Steinbach, but we opened a second location in Morris in 2009. We are fully licensed and insured and look forward to serving you! We offer flexible financing options to suit every budget and we are 100% locally owned and operated. At Brown’s, we believe in giving back and provide a free furnace for a family in need yearly. We also sponsor a variety of charitable causes such as Red Rock Bible Camp, local minor sports, Stars, Soups On, Mennonite Heritage Village, Canadian Cancer Society, and Today House.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marvin was our tech this visit and he was friendly, courteous and professional. He listened to what we needed, fixed the problem and we give him 5 stars. We use Brown's for all our heating and plumbing repairs and we are on their MVP member list so we receive 3 system checks (plumbing, heating and A/C) every year, plus priority when there is an emergency fix. They are not the cheapest in town, but we are willing to pay for the quality and convenience that comes with their services.

Dylan was absolutely excellent, he arrived at the quoted time, was fully prepared with all necessary tools, super friendly and extremely helpful and thorough in explaining what was going on. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marvin was on time, professional, friendly and reassuring. He addressed the concerns we had with a sump pump and backup, making adjustments as needed for a less usual sump pit. Marvin also did a plumbing inspection and replaced a malfunctioning part on the hot water tank. He made spending money on repairs as pleasant as it can be. I would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a technician Ryan and his co-workers come in about a month ago. They installed a new AC unit and fixed some issues we were having with the plumbing. They were very courteous and professional and even went the extra mile on a few things to make sure the issues were dealt with. Ryan then returned today to do a maintenance and his service was excellent again! Thank you very much!

He talked me through everything he did and left no mess after quickly fixing my drain. I highly recommend him! He even went above and beyond and fixed my tap when he noticed it was loose, without charging me. Thanks Ryan!

Randy, the dispatched technician, worked very patiently and thoroughly to solve my issue with the furnace. He was very respectful and focused the whole time answering all my questions. They arrived way earlier than anticipated which was great even though I wasn't prepared. They were gracious with having to wait on me for a few minutes. But they were quick, efficient, and thorough. Never been disappointed with a tech from Brown's yet. They are always friendly and explain everything to you. I appreciate their service and for them helping us out over the last few years since purchasing our furnace through them.
