What amazed me a lot is they always use coop tooth assistant to treat me, whose skill is very basic and gave me a lot of discomfortable. I undergo 5 green hands entry level tooth assistant, it is tremendously terrible! I can understand you save salary paid to them, but they used me to practise always!!!
D	David Li on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO!!! DO NOT GO!!! DO NOT GO!!! The doctor name is Alexander Fu! They will trick you for your insurance money!! They will take advantage of you! They "fixed" my perfect teeth for insurance money! When they say teeth washing is covered by your insurance, DO NOT BELIEVE IT! They will do it slowly on purpose to charge you more!! When you tell them you are allergic to anesthetic, they will give you anesthetic suddenly without your consent regardless your medical condition! If you die from anesthetic, they don't care! because that will happen after you pay them! DO NOT GO unless you feel like there is too much money in your pocket or too many teeth in your month!

Didn't have a x-ray from their Markham location because "it was on a different system". Insurance didn't cover because I had too many x-rays since I did it with them 6 months previous. Incorrectly pastes glue for back wires which ultimately causes teeth to shift. I don't recommend them.

Been waiting for more than half an hour for your appointment is not rare/Doctor left you in the chair in the middle of the treatment and go to check another patient is not rare/Using you as the practice for their intern dentist is not rare/Ignoring your inquires is not rare….after I suffered all kinds of b**s at this place, my teeth end up with a serious midline deviation, and my bucktooth was even more obvious compared to before.I cried to sleep because of this for months Dr.Fu has no work ethic at all, he doesn’t give a d* about your teeth’s health, the one and only goal of this place is trying to make as much money as they can from you. If you look into all the negative comments you’ll find all of them received at least more than one likes, which means there are other people also agree with these. I share my experience and true feedback here .Wish I can help people who’s been the same situation as mine *And for those who is still with this clinic, if you’ve been treated unfairly or irresponsibly, keep all the evidences and records. You can submit a complaint and report your case at:Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario* Places like this should learn their lessons.

I got there and told them the issue I had and I was expecting an x-ray since my wisdom tooth had grown out. They kept pushing to get my university insurance when they already had the documentations from Sunlife, this was most likely so that they can send out the procedure to both insurance in order to get paid twice! All the previous comments from other people talking about how they exploit you for your insurance money and pushing you to get more procedures done were true. Dr Fu also does not know how to have a proper conversation, not only could your tooth feel more uncomfortable but your mental will also be even more uncomfortable!!!

Due to Covid 19 I'd accumulated numerals dental problems which I could bare no more thus went to see Dr. Fu, who has been in the clinic since day one . In the last two weeks I have gone through 3 procedures, and one was very tricky in need of high professional skills, Dr. Fu did a great job. In regard to fees I called other dental clinics beforehand just to realize they are pretty much standard. Plus great location, free parking, friendly staff, and the clean, state of the art environment, highly recommend

I have been going to North York office for over 15 years and I can say that the service charge is fair average and it is worth every penny. I have many friends who got their service done by cheap dental clinics and they keep having teeth problems - I am lucky I don't have to gamble my oral health with random dental clinics.

It was easy to book appointment over the phone and I was given the opportunity to understand my oral health at a glance. Dr. Fu is diligent and supportive in helping me plan and treat my oral issues and provided professional remarks to help me avoid oral catastrophe. Overall, I recommend Global Dental Center, they provide quality service at reasonable prices.
