She also has very small hands, which is very important in a dentist! She's been my dentist for about 19 years now, and I'll stop seeing her only when she retires.
E	Eugene Chulashki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Each appointment with Dr. Ha's clinic brings value to me. I've been her patient for nearly an year, for replacement of old fillings. While waiting for the anesthesia to take effect, she strikes a casual chat, which exposes her inner nature as a very wholesome person. It's a pleasure talking with her, and she leaves food for positive after-thoughts too. Her work makes an impression. The fillings appear perfect on each tooth. They're well polished, and stay solid along the time of use. My latest visit was for a wisdom-tooth extraction, about which I was highly anxious. It turned out to be a very straightforward (and easy) procedure, which justified the preliminary confidence of Dr. Ha, that (according the X-ray) it was to be a low-risk process. Moreover, it makes an impression how well Dr. Ha is prepared. After the extraction of my tooth, I asked to keep it "as a souvenir", and it happened she has a perfect container for it. The tooth was kindly offered to me cleaned, and wrapped in a disinfective wrap, between fine sponge-layers in the box. The hours after a treatment still carry reminiscence of positive mood and confidence. This has an enhancing effect for healing the anxiety, and returning back to my schedule of the day. I'm highly appreciative for being a client of Dr. Ha's clinic.
B	B K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my 2nd time to go in for cleaning and first time was alright but the assistant who did my cleaning this time was an absolute nightmare. I have sensitive gums so I bleed alot, but I don't think I've bled this much before. I saw blood spots on my face and her uniform after the cleanup. Putting that aside, the whole process was extremely painful from start to finish, which she told me to raise my hand if it feels painful but even if I did, she went on to tell me that it's my gums that are weak due to infrequent flossing and continued to pierce through my gums. My jaws still hurt from all the force she put while flossing my teeth in the end. I wish it could have been a better experience but it was by far the most painful cleanings I had.

After all those years I stopped going there because she is not a type of doctor I want to see. I believe that certain professions including doctors should have higher ethical standards and compassion for people. I decided not to have the bitter taste of being treated as a mere number fulfilling someone’s business revenue.
