J	Juliana Quach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom is a very anxious person, it took me quite a long time to convince her to go see a dentist. Dr. Lo was able to ease her anxiety and make her laugh! She's an extremely friendly doctor and professional as well! Dr. Lo did an amazing job on my mom's fillings and went in detail regarding my mom's oral health. The staff here overall give excellent customer service and are always accommodating!

She discussed the procedure from beginning to end and made me feel reassured. I love how friendly Dr. Lo and the staff assisting her was during my procedure. They were very professional and made me felt comfortable. Overall, very pleased with how fast I was able to get an appointment and the quality care I received from Dr. Lo and staff. - Highly recommend.

He's been our family dentist for over 35 years and throughout that time we've recommended him to many of our friends. He takes the time to explain procedures and provides exceptional care....and pain free! Special kudos to hygienist Lori who does a stellar job, and always with a quick and friendly smile. The front desk staff keep this office running "like a Swiss clock" and are efficient and accommodating. A trip to the dentist is actually a pleasure....wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommend.
C	Carissa Nguyen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE: DO NOT COME HERE FOR DENTAL CLEANING BY THEIR SO CALLED "PROFESSIONAL HYGIENISTS!" I was told over the phone before booking that the initial cleaning would take 1 hour ... turns out this "initial" $99 cleaning is to get your foot into the door so they can tell you to come back for an actual cleaning to be done and have you pay twice the amount of money! The dental hygienist spent 25 minutes - cleaned only the teeth on one side of my mouth (and not the other side), spent most of her time stretching her neck and looking up at the TV screen and took her time to grab the cleaning equipments. I get cleaning done twice a year and never had this experience ever! Thank you for wasting my time and money. WILL NEVER COME BACK AND WILL PASS THIS EXPERIENCE TO OTHERS SO THEY DON'T GET FOOLED!

There is no sink beside the chair so they asked me to stand up and to to a sink nearby to spit it out multiples time throughout the session. They don't even have a clip to clip the bibs sheet. Better use your insurance elsewhere responding to the clinic: yes, I'm 100% sure about my experience. The clinic is right beside the shoe company.

You drew me in to become a patient!! Also, the cleaning I had was the best I've ever had. This may sound like someone has 'paid' me to say nice things....but it's actually true!! The hygienist who took care of me gave me the most thorough clean I've ever experienced...and I'm 52!! Now that I know what a quality cleaning is like...I would never go back to places where I got far far less quality. Also, when I transferred my xrays and files over, they called me to tell me that I needed to see the dentist, as I had not had a proper full exam at my previous dentist in 5 years!!! I go to the dentist 3 times a year!!! So how could that have been skipped over. I'm shocked at the care i was getting at my previous dentist...I did not know it was so sub par. Those are my words, and not the words of this office. I feel extremely respected and so very well taken care of here. Thank you everyone!!!!!

The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful, the hygienist is wonderful (Elvie) I no longer have discomfort during cleanings, and Dr. Lo is patient, thorough and friendly. I highly recommend this clinic.
M	M. Colson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best dental care I've had. - Alvie is my hygienist. She has the best vibe - sunny and nice. She doesn't shame me for my difficulty in maintaining good oral hygiene and instead tries to find solutions that are sustainable and work for me. She's great at positive reinforcement and I look forward to seeing her for my cleanings. Even with my issues she's skillful and scaling is not too painful. - I've seen a few of the dentists here and they're all pretty good. I've found all of them skillful, polite, and knowledgable. I generally feel heard, and the fillings I've done have all been quick, painless, and high quality. No issues. - The front desk staff knows their stuff and are quick and helpful. They help get everything figured out for you and make the rebooking, insurance, and payment process as simple as possible. - The best tech! I really like how the dentists will show me my x-rays and point out where I have cavities and watch spots vs healthy teeth so I can see the difference and be more motivated to keep my mouth in better shape, and so I know exactly where they'll be working and what they'll be doing. I've also had mouthguards done here, and although the first had a design flaw, they fixed it right away (it's done by an outside company but this office handled resolving the issue) and I've not had any issues since. I don't really LOVE going to the dentist (who does??) but the experience I have here is good so I don't delay or procrastinate going back when I'm supposed to. It's as pleasant an experience as one can have.
