Knowing the procedure as well as I do I was still amazed by her professionalism and care she takes to provide such excellent treatment. Just the mention of Root Canal Treatment sends my patients into a cold sweat however whenever they have the need to be treated in Masah's capable hands the treatment is painless and seamless. J	Julia Caputo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Farzaneh is very thorough, explains everything and even draws a picture for you (and for her realistically - as it goes in your chart). I thought this was great because not only does she draw out a photo of the teeth in question, explains the procedure; but also outlines weighing options and the risks associated with those options. She is extremely gentle and really heard out my concerns about cold test, big bulky X-ray machines, and other dental trauma accumulated throughout the years. She had an alternate plan for every obstacle I threw her way. Not only that, but she is good with people and very funny! At first I was in so much pain that I may not have been her most pleasant patient, but once we got into a swing of things and I saw how amazing she is with patients, I knew I was in good hands. I did apologize for being grumpy, but she was so understanding, didn’t let my bad mood/pain affect her work, as she also acknowledged that by the time people end up seeing her they are in excruciating amount of pain. I must say I really DID enjoy my first root canal and found it really cool how I could see the doctor working through the reflection of the microscope. I think I’d rather sit through a root canal than a filling ANY DAY… Thanks Uptown Endodontics!

My family and I were really nervous and scared about doing a root canal, but Dr. Farzaneh was so patient and kind in explaining to us all our options. All her explanations were detailed and tremendously helpful. The root canal itself was not scary at all! She explains everything as she works which is very comforting. It was probably the most enjoyable dental procedure (compared to cavity fillings) I've ever had. If you need anything done or were anxious like me, I highly recommend going to Dr. Farzaneh, she is the best!

Dr. Farzaneh was so pleasant, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout. When I needed a second root canal, I would not go to anyone but Dr. Farzaneh, and I was not anxious at all. I have since recommended Dr. Farzaneh to several friends who were in need of a root canal. She is absolutely the best!!!!

From the moment I walked into the office I felt relieved and I knew I was in good hands. The day of my root canal doctor Farzaneh made me feel really comfortable and she would asked me several times how I was feeling and if I needed to take a break.Emily her assistant is amazing and the two of them work well together. The fact that it was my first time at the office my experience exceeded my expectations. Dr. Farzaneh is an excellent endodontics. The entire staff are wonderful and I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends.

Dr Farzaneh and her staff are really helpful and I was given a detailed explanation of what a root canal is and what my choices are during the consultation. I was expecting the root canal and recovery to be painful but it wasn't, I actually fell asleep during the actual treatment ? Would highly recommend.

The quality and speed of care I received was truly appreciated but also the honesty in consultation and the level of empathy her whole staff had for my situation. I hope I never EVER have to see her again, but if the need arises there will be no alternative.
