They were easy to work with and were very prompt in their ability to attend to any issue that was needed! The reason why I give Fix Fitness such a great review is because not only was the service excellent but the personal that I was in contact with seemed to help with any issue that I had! When it comes to any equipment repair company I would 100% choice Fix Fitness!

I found this company and Colten was amazing. I was expecting to pay a lot if he could fix the problem. The price was so reasonable and will recommend the company.

They also checked other parts of my treadmill and explained other problems that might occur all for 120$. They were professional and great to talk to. They explained what they were doing at every step of the way.
A great service and would recommend them to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colton and Lawrence were an absolute pleasure to work with. I have no hesitation at all in recommending them. They were responsive to my inquiries and really helpful. They arrived when they said they would and assembled and installed my new elliptical. When they were done, the area was cleaned up and all the packaging was ready for us to take out. I had a question a few days after the installation and they answered me right away. Awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lawrence was great in returning my phone call in the evening of the same day and even apologized for calling me late (9:00) which was not late at all-I was just happy he called me back considering all the lack of responses I received from others. We made an appointment within a few days for him to come and assess my 20 year old treadmill. He came on time, assessed the problem and gave me his honest opinion and recommended what was required (roller needed repairing which he took care of and a new belt was needed which he told me where to order from and i did). Roller and belt were fixed in about 2 weeks from when Lawrence came to assess (and that was because we had to wait for the belt to come from Quebec). My 20 year old treadmill is like new again thanks to Lawrence’s hard work and dedication and yes he’s very particular on doing it right. Highly recommend them for any gym equipment service required and fair prices as well.
