He re-strung my racquet in 30min while I waited, and also put on a new wrap for the handle since mine was not done properly. Andrew is quick to respond to email and cell, and I was able to coordinate a visit very easily. He has lots of advice if you are in the market for a new racquet, too, as he regularly runs Wilson demos at various clubs around the city.
