Great service and POS system

full function, my good helper.

price is very fair, and the staff are very helpful. a lot of time they did the work for me for free.

stay away, not worth it, no manual, the rep is independent and not a part of the company, his best answer is I don't know to all problems. waste of time and money not even 30 days of use, never worked , different issue each day, kept reprogramming over and over. and took restocking fee. bad service

I've been using the miniPos software in my convenience store for a couple of months now. It works very smooth for my purposes. My favourite reports are the Sales and the Inventory reports. Those help me a lot with my accounting.

Three years ago, I bought the company's POS system for the first restaurant, and I was very satisfied with the operation and function of the system. The operation is simple, and the mobile APP is convenient. So last month I bought another system for my new restaurant and found a lot more new features. I highly recommend this company's POS system.

Service is HORRIBLE .... from the start WiseTronic Inc was nothing but problems .... the system is very glitchy ... it will just crash and re-start for no reason .... the screen will lock up and you have to unplug the printer , reset the USB's and restart then reinstall printer and restart and then works for a few days and may have to do it again. right from the start the tablets would not work with the main POS , so WiseTronic insisted this was our network issue so we offered for him to come down and fix it ( never happened ) after 2 to 3 months of complaining about this issue they finally did a software update and it was magically fixed. Over the last 2 months I have reported many problems with the software. Not one of them have been fixed. When I purchased the POS system they said they can make any custom reports needed ... well that is a total lie .... out of the 11 standard sales reports they have ... 4 of them work. I can't even get them to give me a basic transaction report ...I have been waiting for over 2 months for any resolution, now I find out he is not even in the country for 3 weeks so since that has happened there is no service at all... I have e-mail the owner of the software with no answers at all. I was down last week again and had NO SERVICE AT ALL!!!! I have e-mail and texted the support with no answers .... We are at a loss if I could rate this company at a zero I would. I have asked for a refund to witch I got no answer . PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay away from this company !!! I can send you many e-mails that show you all kinds of problems right from the start . I invited him down to Windsor from Toronto and he refused to come to support his product. I will say that the POS does work ok when it works and they have a nice manager app but the POS is a 1 out of 10 at best. Updated 08/05/2019 - still no communication from the supplier ( WiseTronics) after 5 phone calls and left messages and 5 e-mails regarding multiple problems with reports and functionality of software.

I opened a support ticket in November, it's now January and I have still not heard back. I have logged into my ticket several times to request an update with no response at all. I have never had such terrible support.
