β β β β β Negatives outweigh the positives.
Anne from the office deserves 5 stars (she really deserves a raise let's be honest lol), this location is not safe at all though.
I've personally called the cops after witnessing many break ins, I've walked out of the parkade to see drug users (oh there's a drug house literally next door) shooting up, and management will not get a 24 hour or even an all night security guard (in fact I once called security and they told me they wouldn't come).
While working from home for the last year and a half I can confirm other mentions of constant issues with basic utilities often being shut off for maintenance. The fobs to get in and out of the parkade door is also often not working (all at once) so you can't get in or out. And heating is often broken during winter meaning you freeze (they were very nice and provided a space heater).
I do still recommend QuadReal as a landlord, but for your safety not this location. Ignoring the safety issues it would maybe be a 3 star.

β β β β β I must be honest, our experience here has been mostly positive. We have been living here for 2 years now and apart from the occasional water shut downs mentioned by few people (notice always given prior) it's a relatively safe environment. A lot of families and friendly neighbours. Issues are been fixed at a timely manner when asked and parking does comes with a fee. However, people are free to park on 67th without worries. I will recommend especially for newly relocated families as its easily accessible to the LRT and bus stations not to mention the Chinook mall just beside it.

β β β β β The managers are extremely kind and helpful! They answered any questions I had very promptly and really made me feel at ease with the move-in process. Everything went fantastic and my apartment was cleaned up to professional standards. Also if you have fur babies this place is great they have a nice little area to let your pups go to the washroom and leave bags in case you forget yours! And you absolutely can not beat the location you're close to all the main roads and there are tons of options for different places to eat all along McLeod.

β β β β β I would say this is the best place to live during the pandemic! Despite all that has been going on in the world, management was really hands on updating us on information and even taking necessary precautions to ensure the building is safe for us. I also enjoyed how they tried to create fun virtual activities for us during stat holidays, those little moments indeed helped to get my mind off the current state of the pandemic.
The team is so amazing, always responsive when i have questions, they make sure the building is spotless, i am so glad we have security and best of all for a high rise, the elevators never disappoint!

β β β β β Abi and her crew at Glenmore Heights (QuadReal Properties) are very professional and responsive. The building premises are well maintained . In-suite maintenance service requests are promptly resolved within 1-2 business days at max. The management are very accommodating and understanding of the tenant's situations and constantly strive for making the tenants feel respected and cared. We are saddened to be leaving them, and if possible we would definitely prefer to be tenants at one of QuadReal properties in future.

β β β β β I have just moved out of Glenmore Heights and i was an amazing 6 years at this community. There have been some challenges but i found the office responsive. Every interactions with the Community Manager was good and she was always willing to help. I had a bit of security concern but they had an event where the Calgary Police came in to address all residents, shared safety tips etc. They also now have security. I see a couple of negative reviews here but i must say that the improvement at this Community in the past two years has been huge. I would rent from them again if i ever have to live in Calgary again. Thanks Glenmore Heights Team.

β β β β β Management is terrible to deal with, and will throw the book at you at every opportunity. Had to destroy our bed and belongings that were infested with bed bugs, and plumbing goes down on an almost weekly basis because of terrible maintenance. Rent is through the roof compared to anything else around and parking is additional on top of that. Absolute worst experience ever, look elsewhere!
As an addendum to my review. If you look at all the 5 stars reviews this place has recieved lately, they are all very general reviews, speaking nothing specific about what they find great. The reviewers also have only one review to their name, and it's this place. Management may change, and change often for reasons I listed, and other reviews have as well. But that doesn't mean they have ever fixed any of these issues. So much money has to be put into these buildings to fix the problems that your rent would be astronomical. Do yourself a favor and stay away, it's not worth the hassle.

β β β β β 10/10 appartement. We had a blast living here in one of the penthouses. Walls are sound proof, apartement is clean and Big shout out to Anne who takes good care of their residents and knows every tenant by name
