β β β β β We lived here before we moved into our home and are also very confused at the poor reviews. Management was fine, the building was well maintained and ANY issues were taken care of quickly. This place was a pleasure to live in and had everything we needed. The pool area was fun to have as was the heated underground parking was SO NICE. We found the other residence to be very friendly and miss saying hello to them now.

β β β β β Quite confused and shocked at the low rating and feel it is completely unjustified.
I moved into one of the maisonette units May 1st, 2018. I never once had an issue with getting or having the management meet me for any of my appointments, (Joe), and the application process was quick and easy.
As for life here - I am loving it. My place is about 1.5x larger then any other place I looked at, at the price point. Furthermore, theres a pool that is cleaned regularly, a well maintained weight room, underground parking and laundry in each building (I have yet to wait for a machine).
I have had 2 issues that have come up while renting here, of which management fixed within the week - which I consider more then fine.
The location (safe and right beside Glenmore park), amenities, price, size of unit are all great. I would not be scared away by some of these reviews and would suggest if you are looking for a new place to come and take a look.
PS - My hot water pressure is just fine. :D

β β β β β I have been a resident here since 2015 and have seen some substantial upgrades in the past while since Jessie Green has taken over as the community manager. I've seen some poor reviews on here and would have agreed in the past but the new management is making all the difference now. This has become a great place to live now, I've had minor maintenance that needed to be done and called for the repairs, the guys came the same day and resolved everything quickly, the property is huge and has gorgeous green spaces and flowers that surround it (they are only getting better now as well) Thanks Jessie for all the hard work in making this a great place to rent a home for now, I would definitley recommend it to anyone looking.

β β β β β It has indeed been a pleasure living here @ Glenmore Gardens since November last year. Jay has been very professional and helpful whilst I settled down here. I love this place so much I decided to move out from a one bedroom Maisonette to a two-bedroom Maisonette. I am quite shocked to see people give this wonderful place such low rating.
I do love this place, and plan to be here till I move into my own house. Thanks again to Jay for the amazing help and to the rest of the team. You guys rock!!!

β β β β β I lived at Glenmore Gardens for 18 months and i cannot say enough how excellent the service was. I always felt that i could ask management for anything without worrying about having a bad experience. The sales team here is a kind, caring and professional group in my opinion!
The unit i lived in was freshly renovated before i moved in. the laundry room always had an open laundry machine/dryer and the machines were always in great shape and clean. overall the apartment tower was always quiet, i never heard my neighbors (to be honest there were a lot of senior citizens around me: the best type of neighbors). I would highly recommend living at Glenmore gardens, the pool area and work out facility are gorgeous and well maintained.

β β β β β Because I chose the first floor, it was an easy access for the movers transporting my stuff to my apartment with no hassle. The plus sides are the appliances are new and the apartment is very clean plus the new reno done. Very importantly, Tim was very helpful and attentive which made my move-in experience a smooth sailing one, i.e. documentation and other information with the assistance also of Emily. The unit has a lot of storage sections and cabinets. I'm also happy that my unit is just across the pool and the gym which is just a very short distance.

β β β β β Emily was absolutely wonderful about coordinating all the paperwork and getting the suite ready in a very condensed period of time due to my move-in needs. Great location and a really wonderful suite so I'm very happy that Emily was able to help out to get me into the place I was hoping to get! Love everything about this complex!
