β β β β β I am very pleased to say that I have been living here 3 years and will stay here for longer!
I initially rented a 1 bedroom but a year later transferred to a 2 bedroom for more space. the office was really helpful with this!
Staff is really helpful and understand the rough situation that Alberta is going through, I requested a rent decrease and they helped me a lot.
They have 24/h maintenance and one time I had a leak at 2 am, maintenance arrived 15 min later to fix the issue.
The BBQ event they do once a year for the residents in this buildings are awesome!
The office ladies are really nice and respectful.
I totally recommend living here!

β β β β β good location, close to everything. The cleaning staff do a great job and the management makes some nice changes to keep it looking good. Only 3 stars though as you can tell the staff at the rental office hate their job. There is a lack of communication and they are quite rude. Have lived here for nearly 10 years. Don't know if there is a change in management but we will probably be moving soon due to lack of customer service from rental office staff.

β β β β β Building is pretty clean and had a nice location however is the manager of the rental office is very unprofessional and rude, one disagreement will lead to her raising her voice at you. This has happened more than once to me and other tenants I know. She also is very unhelpful when it comes to fixing the condition of the apartments before you start renting and treats tenants disrespectfully. Iβm very upset.

β β β β β Firstly, Amanda wasnβt always the best but she LISTENED to the tenants.
The three ladies in the main office donβt do much but play on their phones. They do not really listen or actually want to help. They have made MANY mistakes in terms or payments or more and will blame or threaten if we speak up for ourselves.
I will be SURE to highlight this to the news networks and via social media as this sort of behaviour and attitude doesnβt deserve to have any say. They made a mistake in terms of taking my rent. Not me but they did and told me βdonβt worry just come in next week to payβ and Iβve come home to a notice that I have breached my tenancy. I have received NO phone calls or emails just a letter to say when I need to leave.

Whenever ever there was issues they were very quick to respond and act to make sure everything was fixed! Iβve never had any issues while living here that they didnβt fix right away!

β β β β β It's a very rare situation nowadays to meet a reliable and responsive rental estate agency because everything I faced during the whole life were awful. This one amazed me by its approach to customers. Manager and office staff are pretty polite and they helped me to choose an apartment where I planned to live in and their quality of customer service is wonderful . One of the best places to live in. Very nice units and well maintained spacious livingroom, bedroom and bathroom. Cleaning staff are doing great job by maintaining all the places clean at all the times. Building management always communicate with tenants properly . Location wise it's great and nice place, every thing is near by,quite place and safer building to live alone or with family .I am fully satisfied with management ,staff and the building. I do expect the same performances in the days to come.

Beautiful open concept layout apartment, and the location is perfect, so many stores that you can just walk to.
