I have been buying for my family of 4 vitamins etc. I do like their knowledge about their products but when you walked in and the sales associates is eating seaweeds and didn't ask if you need any assistance, it's so unprofessional. I know what I needed it and I found it, pay for it and she did not offered a bag to carry the bottle. Also there was one time I was waiting for 20 minutes for them to open the store. I called later on if they are open and she said of course, I told her I was waiting this morning and no one show up at 10 am. She told me they were open late that day. Which is not true, it was a weekday and it said they are open at 10 am. Anyway, I will shop online from now on at well.ca since they have better pricing or the other health store at the corner.

The staff are very knowledgeable, welcoming and helpful, so it's always a pleasure when I stop in to get what I need! If you're looking for something specific, definitely drop by and ask!

One of the best places to go for insight, up to date information, their gentleness is and has been what's kept me continously shopping! The staff are knowledgeable and more importantly honest about the products/benefits based on your needs. VERDIC- I recommend- I think this shop is a small run local business and not a retail chain. I experienced a real sense of intergerty at this retailer.

The staff always remember you and make an effort to explain how each product works and how to make the best use of it. This is my definitive for all my supplements and natural health products in Toronto. The prices are quite reasonable too compared with some of the bigger vendors out there.

I've been coming here for over 3 years now and anytime I'm in the area, I'll pop in to say hi to Frances and Steve. Since we've established a friendship, they now know me well enough to stop me from wasting money on certain products by reminding me that I'm already taking a similar supplement or that I won't like the side effects. I never feel rushed or pressured as they always take their time explaining products and helping me make decisions. There are health food stores much closer to me but I will always go to Ginkgo- whether it's shopping online or making the trip to Yorkville.
