He also helped me checked few other watches and gave me professional advice and referral. I am so happy to have found a reliable, efficient and most importantly skilled and fair watch expert. This should be your first stop for any repair or servicing of your treasured timekeepers.

I found the knowledge , skill and dedication given was head and shoulders over any other watch repairs I have previously encountered. Norbert is totally sincere and genuine in the care given to complete the work well. I did not mind traveling the 30 miles for this kind of service.

I have no doubt he's a knowledgeable and skilled man who's great for repairs that can't be done at home. However, don't go to him for basic repairs. He quoted me $30 for a very basic battery replacement, and $10 for resizing my watch band. Many watch shops will do resizing for free, and anything above $10 for a battery replacement is a ripoff. To be fair, he probably doesn't need customers with quartz watches.

The process of mailing in the watch, getting a personal phone call with an estimate, and mailing him a cheque went smoothly, and quickly. I received my Christian Dior watch back with all problems resolved, along with a detailed list of what was serviced, all at a very reasonable price. I will be recommending Norbert to anyone I know who has a problem with their watch.

His craftsmanship is always of the highest quality, commissions are returned on-time and at a fair price. Finally, my highest accolades for his ethics as, before even accepting a watch for repair, he is frank and honest in providing his expert opinion on whether the time-piece is even worthwhile repairing.

He really knows his watches and movements and I completely trust him to do any type of servicing from a full restoration to a simple battery replacement. He will never try to oversell and he stands by his work. His prices are very fair and even has a nice selection of quality straps at lower prices I found online. There is often a constant stream of regular customers dropping off or picking up. I won't go to anyone else, I'd give him 6 stars if I could.
