She was thorough in her communication process, and I felt that she listened very carefully to my requests and executed them immensely well.
I will definitely be returning to get my hair treated by her in the future and highly recommend her to others looking for a hairdresser/stylist.

I left not only with exactly what I wanted hair wise, but also with new recommendations on how to make my hair better and with a desire to come back soon! Cannot recommend this place enough!

I had the remnants of a terrible quarentine haircut, and was really unsure of how to get it fixed. Su was able to help me go through some options to give me a great look that will give me what I want as it grows out. Can't thank you enough, Su!

She listened to my hair concerns and goals, and then gave her recommendations, along with a nice head massage during the shampooing. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted, and my hair felt so good after...and still does! I'm really happy with the results and will be back again for a refresh in a few months. Thanks, Sue!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a great experience getting my hair done by Sue. She is an excellent stylist. She really takes the time to listen to what you want. I really appreciate how she gets familiar with my hair (where it's thick or thinner, where the volume is etc) in order to create the best cut. Her cuts always grow out so well too, which is another sign of a great cut!
I also love the environment. In Yaletown, single-chair studio, great music and always friendly and welcoming. It's just a pleasure to be there.
I can't recommend Sue at Yaletown Hair Studio enough!
