Took my whole family out for a Niagara drive right after the Pilot was issued, everyone loves it. Shout out to Mary Jane Hogan who helped me get approved and made it seem so easy and hassle free purchase. Will be looking forward in doing business with Georgetown Honda and Mary Jane again. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the place you need to visit if your in the market for a new Honda. The staff I dealt with were Barry and Jamie. Barry is very thorough in helping his clients get exactly what they want, and his suggestions during the process is very tailored to suit your individual buying requirements to close the deal in a timely manner. In addition, Jamie is very accommodating when it came to paperwork and pick up day/time as I had difficulty finding time to get to the dealership due to the nature of my business. Therefore, Jamie arranged the paperwork to be done online via docusign and both Barry and Jamie stayed till the last possible moment before closing for me to take delivery of my vehicle. I’m very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone in the market for Hondas!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went and looked at a used Honda odyssey. I contacted Bryan and he was great at communicating everything. Went to look at the vehicle and was in Greta shape. They had put on new tires, brakes, flushed the brake and transmission fluids and other things. Was great to deal with and gave me great trade in value for my old vehicle. I traveled from Welland to Georgetown for this vehicle (1.5hrs away) and I'm glad I did. Go see Bryan at Georgetown Honda and you'll have a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Sept.29th/21 i went to Georgetown Honda to pick up my new Honda HRV Sport. From the receptionist to the Salesman,, Joe Pinto, the customer service was excellent. Joe spent a lot of time with me showing me how to use the bells and whistles on my HRV. He is very knowledgeable, honest and will go out of his way to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. He also got me the best price on both my trade in and on the HRV. I would highly recommend Joe Pinto and Georgetown Honda for service, quality and a great experience over all.

Service team = excellent
Had to purchase a new vehicle and did my research. Saw a 2017 Civic for sale at here, and a 2018 at another local dealership, and booked a test drive for both.
Cold day - Barry had the vehicle running and warmed up for me when I came. Let me take it for an extended spin to show the family. Made a fair offer for my trade-in and had some financing options waiting for when I returned.
I still decided to check out the other Civic. Totally different experience!
Car covered in snow and cold. Sales pushed me to consider a new vehicle even with a 4-6 week waiting period (I said I needed it soon), and I sat for over 30 minutes for financing info - I ended up leaving before he came back.
I went right back to Barry and purchased from him! No brainer.
Only issue was fixed - AC was not working, which I discovered recently, and it was replaced at no cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my old clunker for many years, after it broke down I was left stressed, looking for something safe, reliable, and affordable. I went to Georgetown Honda looking for a car that was safe for my kids, and efficient on fuel, that's when I met JOE Pinto, he got me into a 2019 Honda Civic Sport in no time! He made what I thought was going to be a nightmare, one of the best and stress free experiences I could have imagined. We shared laughs, he was very flexible with my work hours, and was very pleasant to deal with, and I didn't feel like I was getting left in he dark about anything.
It's been a week now and I wake up in the morning thrilled to hop in my 2019 Honda Civic Sport and commute to work!
Thanks everyone over at Georgetown Honda, and especially Mr. Joe Pinto for getting me into my new car!
