★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m always one to give a place a chance to prove themselves. Today we placed an order for delivery. The house they delivered it to and ran , was the wrong address. Delivery person doesn’t even check the address to confirm. Not impressed at all. And I prepaid tip . Swiss Chalet’s standard is fallen greatly. Time to order from elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to the team at Swiss Chalet/Harvey's in Georgetown - you pulled together our meal wonderfully for 40 people! all orders accounted for - utensils and all - perfecting timing - special thanks to Paul for helping organize this - with all the other meals being done today! Organizing the boxes/bags for ease of transfer.
Amazing - food was hot and fresh - all 40 staff members of Georgetown Kia have a happy full belly today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered lunch for my sister and I to arrive at 12 pm. The quality is normally hit or miss at this location. Thought I would just go for it. It arrived a few minutes after 12. I didn't get the soup I wanted but thats alright. They gave me chicken soup and not the broccoli I wanted. I was surprised it came on a box. The fries were not soggy and the chicken was juicy. Everything tasted good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where are the fries? Where is the HEAT? If you go here to use the drive through it's easily a half hour wait in your car so make sure you are all gassed up. We waited almost 40 minutes and ordered four meals. Good thing we ordered more fries because each meal had the smallest portion of fries. They don't even try to fill the container - you get more if you dine in. In the car on the way home I opened the container to sneak some fries and they weren't even room temp 1min after I received them. The staff is friendly so that is a plus, but the portions are not what they use to be and the wait is too long. Go to the local pub instead...you get tons of fries, excellent service and HOT FOOD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Swiss Chalet knows how to cook chicken perfectly. We had the white quarter chicken with salad and roll. The chicken was very moist inside, crispy on the outside and cooked through with no pink spots. Our server was Edna and her quality of service, as always, was outstanding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our server Kelly was so friendly and welcoming. 1/4 chicken was hot and fries were fresh. The Owner stopped by all of the tables to welcome people back to the dining room. I thought that was a great touch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is apparently a festive hot chicken sandwich - no gravy, no festive, no coleslaw…. This isn’t the first time they can get an order right… and had to wait 2 hours to get it delivered. Why can’t Georgetown Swiss chalet get an order correct??
