She went above and beyond to show me how to use the different functions available in the car. I have no hesitation in recommending the Georgetown WV and Alessia for the excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a used car from this dealership. The used car manager was quite rude when negotiating the price. They boast about how much it cost them to safety the car, etc, etc. A month after I purchased the car, front brake warnings light came on. The pads are down to the warning sensors. According to the service department, it's still thick enough to pass the safety inspection.

Out of all the vehicles we purchased previously, this was hands down the best experience we’ve ever had. We would definitely go back for our next vehicle purchase and would recommend our friends as well.

Dropped everything to detail the car. We had some good laughs together and everyone there are just good peoples. Would recommend and do business with VW Georgetown again.

I bought a used car from here and checked it for a month and it runs perfect and I don’t have any issues at all. The car came with safety certificates and all. It tension free hassle free purchase! The finance department is surely the quality one. Doesn’t fool around and gives the best offers for students! I surely recommend an international student to check this place once. It’s affordable and trustworthy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to Georgetown VW twice for service, once for warranty rust repairs. They documented all the spots I pointed out, and some I didn't even know about, got it approved and had the work done quickly. I've only ever dealt with their service department, but they're professional and friendly, and they'll communicate with me over email (which is important when you're in meetings 6 hours a day and can't hang up on your clients to talk about your car at your dealer's convenience).
