β β β β β I started working for a Gennix client in late 2018 as a developer with DevOps responsibilities. During the COVID-19 pandemic May 2020 I had the unfortunate task of replacing Gennix's IT Consulting as local IT services for the client.
Even though it was a difficult situation I always found Erik & Ren to be professional, understanding and a pleasure to work with. They provided any and all documentation which was above-par for what I expected. I always understood their point of view, and would trust and recommend them to anyone looking for 'managed service provider' (MSP) services.
Gennix is not the cheapest around, but you won't have to pay twice; and they won't clock up hours doing the wrong thing. They understand business vs security tradeoffs, and run a good balance of both. I believe they have an excellent understanding and administration model for firewalls, networks, vmware servers, windows domains, servers workstations, printers, and other accessories to meet the business needs.
I would look forward to working with them again - not many IT services companies I can say that about!

β β β β β I have dealt with Gennix since setting up my first clinic on an EMR in 2005. Since then I have contracted them to set up and manage three other clinics. During this time I have also worked at other clinics with different IT providers and have found Gennix to be absolutely outstanding and I can not recommend them highly enough. A true 5 star company.

β β β β β We are fortunate to have Gennix as the team for our tech support needs at our workplace. The people here cannot be more responsive nor professional whenever we have a request for them. Gennix are a great group of people who work hard towards your satisfaction.
They were exemplary in helping us upgrade some of our staff computers. The computers were in desperate need of some attention. Gennix worked with our requests and even made more suggestions to better our computers. They were efficient, again professional, and absolutely helpful. Needless to say our computers are working at peak efficiency.
The team at Gennix also monitors our security and software upgrades for our firm. They quickly communicate to us when they need to do some work and its done before you know it. We couldn't be happier with their service.
If your firm is looking for a great team of people who are professional and responsive with your tech needs; I would highly recommend Gennix.
June 2020: We have once again used Gennix for another round of tech upgrades. Again, we are totally happy and completely satisfied with the high level of professional service Gennix consistently offers us. β β β β β During my five years looking after I.T. for the Mayne Island Health Centre Association, I have always had a very positive experience with the support we get from Gennix. They understand the mission-criticality of I.T. for our operation, and the Help Desk has been unfailingly prompt, friendly and effective in dealing with our trouble calls. Gennix has also been very helpful with non-emergency matters: requests for advice or information, equipment upgrades and so on.
